I. About Us
We protect your data and want you to feel safe when visiting our web pages. Protecting your privacy when processing personal information is essential for us, and we consider this in our business processes. We process personal data collected during navigation on our websites by the legal provisions of the countries where the respective websites are administered.

In detail, when you apply for a position on our website, we process contact data (email) and the data contained in your CV that you have freely provided. These may include personal data about your identity (name), image, contact details (email, phone number), gender, ethnicity, date of birth, education, interests, hobbies, and previous employment details.
As a profile owner, you can manage and update the user information submitted above.
Indirect collection of personal data
When you visit our website
We directly process the following data: your IP address, location, browser settings, duration of the website visit, operating system, and site navigation paths that we automatically collect during the Nexttech website visit. Important note: we cannot identify you as a user using this collected data, as it is an anonymous process.
III. Purpose of data processing
The purpose of all the data processing cases mentioned above is:
Communicating with you regarding any requests (including complaints) to assist.
Communicating with potential candidates who submit their CVs through the website and the recruitment process.
We are promoting our company and the services offered by NEXTTECH through newsletters and promotional campaigns.
We are analyzing and improving the usage and usability of the website (maintenance, functional improvements).
We are enhancing the security of our website by diagnosing connectivity issues and preventing fraud.
We analyze website usage in terms of marketing (users, navigation patterns, locations, trends, etc.) without profiling/directing users.
The legal basis for data processing is a legitimate interest (as an employer on a contractual basis) or your consent (applied for direct marketing communication - newsletter, optional cookies).

IV. How we use your data
We will keep the personal data collected for a specific period by internal policies and current legislation.
We may retain the CVs you submit or send (via various communication channels) for recruitment purposes for up to ten years.
V. Disclosure of personal data to third parties
We may disclose your personal data to third parties for reasons related to our legitimate interest as long as this is necessary for our activities. Thus, we may disclose personal data to IT product and service providers (maintenance, software and system applications, security), marketing (analysis, promotion, newsletter administration), archiving, or other services. Additionally, we may disclose your data to authorities, public institutions, lawyers, insurance companies, auditors, and external consultants only when required by Law. There may be situations where we disclose your data to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another person. We are responsible for protecting your data (collected directly or indirectly from you). Therefore, we continuously focus on the optimal functioning of IT systems, and all implemented technical controls, part of our information security management system.

As an individual of the entity, you have certain rights that you can exercise, and we will respond following all applicable legal requirements. It is important to emphasize that some of the rights listed below may only apply partially in certain circumstances; for further details and any requests, don't hesitate to contact us.

The right to information, namely the right to receive details regarding the processing activities carried out.
The right of access to data, namely the right to obtain confirmation from us regarding processing personal data and details regarding the processing activities.
The right to rectification, the possibility of obtaining rectification of inaccurate data, and completion of incomplete data.
The right to erasure data ("the right to be forgotten") to the extent that the conditions provided by law are met. Following the request for data erasure, we may anonymize this data (thus depriving it of its nature) and continue processing it for statistical purposes under these conditions.
The right to restriction of processing by law.
The right to data portability, namely (i) the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, as well as (ii) the right for this data to be transmitted by the company to another data controller, to the extent that the conditions provided by law are met.
The right to object, namely the right to object to data processing in the future.
The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing activities.
